To work with Painting effect.
Step 1
Open the Effect menu. Open the Artistic sub menu. Click the Painting command.
Step 2
Applies different textures that can make your image appear as if it has been painted on canvas, with water colors or oil paints. Select the Paint templates, and Pattern. You also can adjust Fineness, Opacity, Angle, Variations, and Stroke color.
