To work with Watercolor effect.
Step 1
Open the Effect menu. Open the Artistic sub menu. Click the Watercolor command.
Step 2
Makes the image appear as if it were painted using watercolors. You can select one if you want it. You also can click the Options button to adjust by yourself.
