To work with Average effect.
Step 1
Open the Effect menu. Open the Blur sub menu. Click the Average command.
Step 2
Softens the image by comparing all pixels in the selected area and changing
their values to make them more similar. It will display the Average dialog box.
You can select sample and then click the Ok button.
