Step 1

Open the Effect menu. Open the Distort sub menu. Click the Creative Transform command.

Step 2

Applies effects such as pinch, punch, whirlpool and diffuse. First select the Template, Solid area, and adjust the Brush size. You can adjust the Storyboard and the Transformation control.
