To work with Mosaic effect.
Step 1
Open the Effect menu. Open the Material Effect sub menu. Click the Mosaic command.
Step 2
Breaks the image into tiles and uses the average color value for the pixels in each tile for all pixels in that tile. You can select one if you want it. You also can click the Options button to adjust by yourself.
