To work with Custom Filter effect

Step 1

Open the Effect menu. Open the Sharpen sub menu. Click the Custom Filter command.

Step 2

Allows you to create your own unique filters that work by adjusting pixel values relativeto neighboring pixels. It will display the Custom Filter dialog box. You can fill in thenumber inside the text box and then click the Test button, you can see the result. Clickthe Ok button to finish it.
