To work with Star Filter.
Step 1
Open the Effect menu. Open the Camera Lens sub menu. Click the Star Filter command.
Step 2
Simulates photographic star filter effect by placing starbursts at the image's brightest areas. You can adjust the Spikes, Variance, Luminosity Threshold and Standard Filter or PL Filter in the Filter Setting. You still can adjust the Brightness, Length, Width, and Spread Angle in the Spike setting.
