Step 1

Open the Effect menu. Open the Blur sub menu. Click the Zoom Blur command.

Step 2

Simulates high-speed motion towards or away from a central object by obscuring itssurrounding areas. You can adjust the type, Quality, Unblurred area, Inward blur,Surrounding blur, and Twist weight. Then click the Ok button to finish it.
