Step 1

Open the Effect menu. Open the Blur sub menu. Click the Edge Preserving Blur command.

Step 2

Applies a blur effect to an image while preserving the sharpness of its outline. It willdisplay Edge Preserving Blur dialog box. You can adjust the Edge preservation. Youalso can adjust the Smoothing Radius and Smoothing Strength. Then Click Ok button tofinish it.
