To work with Wind
Step 1
Open the Effect menu. Open the Material Effect sub menu. Click the Wind command.
Step 2
Creates an effect similar to that of a strong wind blowing the image. Wind trails gradually fade away. You also can click the Options button to adjust by yourself.
