To work with Diffuse Glow effect.
Step 1
Open the Effect menu. Open the Photographic sub menu. Click the Diffuse Glow command.
Step 2
Brightens the entire image by intensifying the brightness level of the image highlights. You can adjust the Threshold, Degree of glow, Graininess, and Glow color setting. Then click the Ok button to finish it.
